Introduction:
Magnesium alloys are alloys based on magnesium and other elements. Magnesium alloys have the characteristics of low density, high specific strength and specific stiffness, good dimensional stability, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, vibration absorption and easy processing, so magnesium alloys are one of the competitive lightweight materials.
Features:
Due to the good thermal conductivity and low cutting force of magnesium alloys, the heat dissipation rate during processing is very fast, so the tool life is long and the amount of sticking to the tool is small, which can reduce tool costs and shorten the downtime required for tool replacement.
