Introduction:
Galvanic corrosion occurs when metals come into contact with each other and are immersed in any liquid that has conductive properties.Magnesium sacrificial anodes utilize magnesium to have a negative potential, which is lower than steel. It can be used to protect onshore pipelines and other buried structures, such as oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, underground oil tanks, oil platforms, water heaters, etc.
The magnesium anode we provide has a negative potential and generates a large amount of electricity per unit mass, which is an ideal sacrificial anode material.
