Introduction:
In the case of using steel pipelines, the method of local cathodic protection is generally used for corrosion protection of pipelines. Cathodic protection method of winding magnesium anode tape:
When installing the magnesium anode strip, the method of mechanical grinding can be used to expose the inner steel pipe of 3cm to 5cm, and suitable welding spots are cut on the main pipeline, and the magnesium anode strip is welded to the main pipeline by electric welding, aluminothermic welding and other welding methods. The diameter of the pipe should be tightly wound against the outer wall of the pipe according to a certain angle and spacing, and the two welding points should be insulated and anti-corrosion. After the winding of the magnesium anode tape is completed, both ends of the casing should be sealed with flexible anti-corrosion and waterproof materials, and the sealing should be ensured to prevent the entry of water or other debris.
