Cathodic protection method:
When installing the magnesium anode strip, the method of mechanical grinding can be used to expose the inner steel pipe of 3cm to 5cm, and suitable welding spots are cut on the main pipeline, and the magnesium anode strip is welded to the main pipeline by electric welding, aluminothermic welding and other welding methods. The diameter of the pipe is tightly wound against the outer wall of the pipe according to a certain angle and spacing, and the two solder joints must be insulated and anti-corrosion. After the winding of the magnesium anode tape is completed, both ends of the casing should be sealed with flexible anti-corrosion and waterproof materials, and the sealing should be ensured to prevent the entry of water or other debris.
Application:
It is used for high resistivity environment, protection of pipelines in casings, temporary cathodic protection of pipelines, protection of storage tanks and pipeline networks, grounding grids against strong electrical interference, etc.
